Resistance Always shows up as a contraction on the body.
It may be a tightness in your belly or chest or a discomfort in your head.
Since it is a felt sensation it is easier to deal with at the level of the body and the way to deal with it is to give it space.
Breathe into it. Make friends with it and then connect with the space around the body. Continue connecting with space as you sequentially go from your body to the space around it, then to the space of your room, city, country, planet, solar system, galaxy and open space without boundary.
Exhale the sensation into space. Feel the freedom of its absence – that’s Presence.
